Harvest Boulangerie Patisserie is a renowned bakery located in Perth, Australia. The founders sought to elevate their customer experience by digitizing their pickup ordering process and, at the same time, to enhance their online presence with an e-commerce website. With a loyal customer base and growing demand, the bakery recognized the need to streamline and modernize its ordering system to accommodate changing consumer preferences and improve operational efficiency. By embracing digitalization, Harvest Boulangerie aimed to offer customers a seamless and convenient way to place orders, ensuring a hassle-free pickup experience while showcasing its delectable range of baked goods. My Role
I led the design and development efforts, ensuring alignment with the client’s brand identity. Leveraging WordPress and WooCommerce, I implemented an intuitive e-commerce platform with a pickup ordering system enabling customers to schedule the pickup date and time, and Stripe’s online payment processing system to provide a convenient and smooth transaction experience.
